We at Medix Specialty Vehicles, Inc. provide a variety of ambulance services for our customers. Our experienced, certified electricians provide phone support and hands on support to all our clients and dealers. Some of these services include systems support, maintenance, and repairs on all conversion equipment, as well as custom ambulance graphics. We also offer a variety of warranties to keep your ambulance in top shape.

Medix follows FMVSS, DOT, QVM, and KKK-A-1822F safety standards, including all AMD 001-025. We quickly provide specific assistance to every unique service issue, and we offer same day shipping on all manufactured components and most add on optional items. Our quality parts and service support is always followed up by in-house reporting to eliminate warranty problems, and because we buy our conversion components in bulk, almost every part and piece is available for same day delivery.

Our service and warranty support personnel are available for support Monday through Friday, and our manufacturing operations are 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. Art came to Medix in 2013 after almost 31 years with one of our competitors.  His manufacturing experience covers the entire start to finish process; however, his expertise is in electronics, and he’s as good as it gets in the ambulance industry.  Art is responsible for warranty and service, and his cell phone is always on.

Josh came to Medix two years ago to help us build our parts distribution and to support the service efforts of our dealers and customers.  His work experience has been varied, including time with Road Rescue in South Carolina, where he worked in sales and manufacturing support.  He has effectively grown our parts distribution and helped to improve service support to our dealers.
